Select 'Independent Use' to reserve an hour-long session to work on your own with little to no assistance. Do you plan on using one of the machine’s built-in designs or bringing your own embroidery file? * I want to use a built-in design. (Note: The machine has 138 built-in designs and 11 font styles) I will bring my own embroidery file. (Note: The embroidery machine accepts .pes, .phc, and .dst files ONLY) Describe your embroidery project in detail. * Include the type of material, size of design, placement of design, etc. Project Description * To ensure consistent quality and avoid any issues with thread compatibility, only Makerspace thread may be used for embroidery projects. Stabilizer is required for all embroidery projects to ensure clean stitching and prevent puckering. You can either purchase it from the Makerspace or bring your own. Check out the Material Price List for a breakdown of material costs. Equipment use is limited to one hour. Additional time may be granted based on availability.
