Equipment Reservation Request Form

To reserve a time slot for using Makerspace equipment, please submit this form. We'll process your request and send a confirmation email with your finalized reservation details.

Heads up! This form is for makers who are comfortable using the Makerspace equipment independently. Our staff is available to answer brief questions to help you get started with your project.

Cricut Information

Heat Press Information

This option is for heat press use ONLY. For Cricut or Silhouette cutting, please select the appropriate machine and indicate if a heat press is also required.

Embroidery Information

To ensure consistent quality and avoid any issues with thread compatibility, only Makerspace thread may be used for embroidery projects.

Stabilizer is required for all embroidery projects to ensure clean stitching and prevent puckering. You can either purchase it from the Makerspace or bring your own.

Sewing Machine Information

Black or white polyester thread is provided. Feel free to bring your own thread if you need something different for your project.

Heavy Duty Sewing Machine Information

Black or white polyester thread is provided. Feel free to bring your own thread if you need something different for your project.

Laser Cutter/Engraver Information

A laptop will be provided for you with access to the Epilog software needed to use the laser cutter.

Please bring your materials, in their original packaging with all labels, so Makerspace staff can verify their contents and ensure that the materials are compatible with the laser cutter.

Not all materials are safe for use on the laser cutter. Makerspace Staff reserves the right to deny use of materials if material safety cannot be confirmed.

Sublimation Printer Information

We provide a laptop with compatible sublimation software for your project. A flat heat press and mug press are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
